Mr Nishank K L., B.COM, ACA,
Nishank K L completed his Chartered Accountancy Course during the year 2012 and was admitted as associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India during the year 2013. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University from 2008 to 2011.
His Articleship training was under M/s N. N Yuvaraj and Associates, Chartered Accountants in Bangalore. Post qualification, he was employed with M/s Ernst and Young for a brief period in Audit service line. He moved to M/s PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited and worked from 2013 to 2015 under Tax and Regulatory service line.
He comes with wide corporate expertise and has rendered services to various multinational clients during his tenure with E & Y and PwC. His area of practice include start up advisory, business planning and structuring, fund raising for corporates, corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing matters, income tax representations, audits and due diligence etc.
Mr Tilak P Mylar., B.COM, ACA, ACS,
Tilak is a commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary. His areas of expertise include Indian tax laws, company law matters and regulatory matters in India.
Mr Ashwin B U., B.COM, ACA,
Ashwin is a commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He supervises the advisory and consultancy services division of the firm. He specializes in statutory audits, stock audit, income tax, sales tax and service tax consultancy, operational support, board and management reporting, cashflow management, financial analytics and reporting, due diligence, capital structuring and valuation etc.

Nagarjun is a commerce graduate and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He supervises the advisory and consultancy services division of the firm. He specializes in statutory audits, internal audits, concurrent audits, bank stock audit & payroll services.
